What Is a typical COUNSEling session?

The first session will focus on getting to know you and giving you space to talk. After the initial sessions, you’ll begin to build a therapeutic relationship and find it easier to communicate with your counselor.

Individual counseling sessions are usually one-on-one to help you reach your therapeutic goals. These sessions can be for adults or children ages ten and older.

What is Family/couples cousneling?

Family or couples counseling sessions usually help families and couples resolve conflicts and achieve their therapeutic goals.

When you schedule your first counseling session, you will receive an email with links to our online forms. Please complete the forms 24 hours before your first counseling session.
