No, we do not accept insurance. We do provide a superbill. You can submit this document to your insurance company for possible reimbursement of fees paid to our practice.

HOW LONG ARE THE SESSIONS?

Individual, family, and couples sessions each last 50 minutes.

HOW OFTEN WILL I GO TO COUNSELING?

It varies depending on the individual’s therapeutic goals and needs. Sessions can be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or at other intervals. You and the counselor can discuss the preferred frequency.

Good Faith Estimate (GFE)?

A Good Faith Estimate (GFE) is a document given to clients under the No Surprises Act. It provides an estimate of the costs for the services you’ll receive. It helps prevent unexpected bills. You have the right to request it, and you will get a GFE before services start.

What Is a typical COUNSEling session?

The first session will focus on getting to know you and giving you space to talk. After the initial sessions, you’ll begin to build a therapeutic relationship and find it easier to communicate with your counselor.

What is IndividUAl cousneling?

Individual counseling sessions are usually one-on-one to help you reach your therapeutic goals. These sessions can be for adults or children ages ten and older.

What is Family/couples cousneling?

Family or couples counseling sessions usually help families and couples resolve conflicts and achieve their therapeutic goals.

what is needed for my first session?

When you schedule your first counseling session, you will receive an email with links to our online forms. Please complete the forms 24 hours before your first counseling session.
